Terms and Conditions for Using the 9apiso ph Platform

1. Introduction

4. Account Security

• All bets placed on 9apiso ph are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted and accepted.
• 9apiso ph publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 72 hours, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions at the time of bet placement, or where 9apiso ph determines that a bet was placed in circumstances outside the normal operation of the market.
• Winnings from void bets are not awarded. The original stake is returned to your 9apiso ph wallet.

• The minimum bet across most sports markets is ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — these are indicated in the bet slip at the time of wagering.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the member must contact 9apiso ph within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

8. Casino Game Rules
